Please choose carefully when ordering personalised products, as we do not accept returns or exchanges on customised, printed, or embroidered items once the order has been confirmed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect decisions. However, if the product is faulty, differs from the sample shown, or fails to meet the specifications agreed upon, we will provide you with a refund, exchange, or credit once the item has been returned to us.

If you believe your item is faulty, please allow us the opportunity to repair or replace the product before requesting a refund.

Retain your receipt as proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered for orders delivered within 7 days of receipt. In the case of a faulty product, we ask that you provide us with the opportunity to repair it before any refund is processed.

Please note that colours of personalised products may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitor settings.

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping services. Due to the nature of postal handling, gift wrapping may be damaged during transit. We recommend presenting your item as is, or using your own wrapping for a more personalised touch.

All embroidery on robes, soft toys, blankets, and towels is reinforced with a stabilizer backing, which is essential for maintaining the integrity of the design. This backing is meticulously trimmed to the edges of the embroidery, ensuring a smooth finish without any excess material on the final product.
