📦 Tracking Details
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
⏱️ Late or Lost Parcels
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, delays can occasionally occur.
- Carrier Responsibility: My Snuggly Stuff is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or damaged during transit by Australia Post or international delivery services.
- What to Do: If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us promptly. We’re happy to assist in tracking your delivery. We also recommend reaching out directly to the carrier using your tracking number for the fastest resolution.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
Due to the customised and personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. All items are quality-checked before dispatch.
Personalised Items
All personalised items are final sale and non-returnable. Please ensure that names, dates, colours, and product options are entered correctly at the time of purchase, as these cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
📬 Return to Sender
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:
- You will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
- Personalised or custom-made items will not be eligible for a refund.
