Shipping Information
At My Snuggly Stuff, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please take a moment to read our shipping information and options below.
🕒 Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment being received.
- Payments made via eCheque may take 3–5 business days to clear before dispatch.
- Direct deposit payments or large orders may cause slight delays — we’ll notify you if this is the case.
🚚 Shipping Options & Pricing
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Post + Insurance
- Express Post + Insurance
- All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.
🛍 Click & Collect
- You are welcome to choose Click & Collect at checkout – no shipping fee applies.
- Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification to collect from our store:
- Berwick,Victoria (This is our only store location)
- Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email before arriving.
📧 Order Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive:
- An Order Confirmation email after placing your order
- A Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
- Be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case our emails land there.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided via the Australia Post tracking portal.
❗ Important Notes
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, a re-shipping fee will apply.
My Snuggly Stuff is not responsible for delays or losses caused by Australia Post or other carriers. We highly recommend selecting insured postage at checkout for added peace of mind.
Carrier Delays & Delivery Responsibility
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays by the carrier may occur and are unfortunately beyond our control. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may exercise discretion to leave the parcel in a safe location. If the delivery driver deems the location unsafe, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or collection point for secure pickup.
Please note that My Snuggly Stuff is not liable for parcels marked as delivered that are subsequently lost or stolen. Such instances are also not covered under shipping insurance, as carriers consider the delivery fulfilled once marked as delivered.
